Ledman, China’s LED manufacturer, released the announcement for its business performance in 2012, in which, Ledman estimates the revenue for 2012 is RMB 303,320,000-329,680,000, an increase of 15%-25% compared with previous year’s RMB 263,750,000 in the same period; and the net profit for 2012 is RMB 21,550,000-26,480,000, a decrease of 20%-35% compared with previous year’s RMB 33,109,000 in the same period.

The company claims that strained by the current recession of the industry, which, coupled with a deprecation of assets in accordance with the accounting principle, have contributed to the subsequent drop of net profit in 2012.
