Started from December 2011, Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp second 7 meters large scale coke oven was finally put into operation on November 28th 2012.

As the most advanced coke oven made at home, the new coke oven is capable to produce 750,000 tonnes coke annually, and then Wisco will gain coke annual capacity of 7 million tonnes.
