China Steel Corp. (CSC), the largest carbon steelmaker in Taiwan announced that its operating revenues totaled NT$31.24 billion in March, soaring by 26% from a month ago. In March, CSC’s earnings before tax were at NT$2.75 billion, jumping by 86% from the previous month. Meanwhile, CSC’s sales volumes of carbon steel products totaled 798,255 tons in March, accounting for 65% of the domestic sales. In the first three months of this year, the company’s operating revenues amounted to NT$88.46 billion.
